Based at Oakham Enterprise Park, Rutland Adult Learning & Skills Service (RALSS) offers:

free courses in English and Maths, ranging from Foundation to Functional Skills qualifications
accredited qualifications in Business Administration, Bookkeeping, Customer Service, Childcare, Mental Health, and more
a variety of leisure courses in arts and languages
employability and life skills at beginner levels
